In computing, data recovery is a process of salvaging (retrieving) inaccessible, lost, corrupted, damaged or formatted data from secondary storage, removable media or files, when the data stored in them cannot be accessed in a usual way.

First, locate your device’s “model” number.

If you have an external hard drive, you need to disassemble the enclosure and remove the bare hard drive.
If your hard drive is inside your computer, it needs to be removed first.
The model number is only visible on the device’s label.
If you have a RAID containing various hard drive models, list all model numbers.

Once you have identified your device’s model number, click fill out the below form.
